Transaction data – membership status, joining / admin fee and payment details, through third party CRM website myClubHouse
Service and interests data – details on visits, bookings and events, fashion, dietary, interests.
CCTV and security data – images from surveillance used for the safety of staff and members.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

To provide a service: managing membership, tailoring our membership offer, events, facilities.
Internally: managing club operations and communication.
Marketing: sending promotional information.
We will only use your personal data for the purposes described above.

4. Member Rights

Right to access: member has access to the information the Club holds about you.
Right to erase: at the end of your membership term, your information will be deleted. Request correction or deletion of your data.
Right to withdraw consent: for marketing communications. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We only share your data with trusted partners who help us operate effectively. These include:

myClubHouse – website and CRM hosting
GoCardless & Stripe – for secure payment processing

6. Photography and Partnerships

Although we have a no photo / social media / selfie policy in the Club. The only exception to this, is when we host events at which time we will allow photography and social media for publicity purposes.

Use of Email Tracking Pixels

All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.

Data Processor

We, Light House, make use of the myClubhouse software supplied by Simmetrics Ltd to process personal data we include on our myClubhouse website in accordance with our privacy policy set out above. Simmetrics Ltd processes your personal data on our behalf and they can only do so in accordance with our written instructions. Use this form to send an email to another member. You may only send to one member at a time. Your registered email address will be passed on to this member but you may also include alternative contact details.

Note: Emails sent via the website are not entirely private. A copy of every email is held on the database and this can be accessed by certain club administrators using the Sent Emails page.
